Ryecroft Glenton Partner Geoff Cawthorn (pictured far right), invited guests to attend the Haydon Point to Point meeting at Hexham Racecourse on 22 May 2016.
The weather was unusually balmy for the highest racecourse in the country and an excellent day out was had by all.
Ryecroft Glenton sponsored the fifth race of the day, “The Ryecroft Glenton Ladies Open Race” in which horses and riders competed for the Daisy Hutton Cup.
The race was won by Battle Range, a 9 year old who was ridden by Jacqueline Coward and is owned by Mr Richard Morris (pictured centre).
Congratulations to all of the horses, jockeys and owners who took part in the meeting, and thank you to Haydon Point to Point for staging such a successful event.
