How can an audit benefit your business
  • Risk assessment – a key part of any audit is identifying the significant risks that a business faces and assessing how those risks can be mitigated. An audit offers an independent assessment of the risks facing your business and can offer recommendations to help mitigate them.
  • Assess internal systems and controls – our audits provide a critical assessment of the systems and controls in place within your business. We review the processes currently in place and can identify opportunities to strengthen them.

Transaction services - Financial due diligence
  • We carry out Financial Due Diligence on behalf of acquirers, funders (banks and PE / VC funds) and management teams.
  • Our team is very experienced and has worked with clients across a number of sectors, and on both sides of transactions.
  • Our objective is to deliver the maximum value for our clients by identifying value drivers and by mitigating risks, which ultimately leads to successful and value enhancing transactions.
  • Our approach is tailored to each specific engagement, but typically includes providing an understanding of: –
    • the drivers behind an entity’s sustainable earnings;
    • trend analysis and assessment of the quality of earnings;
    • assessment of normalised working capital requirements;
    • critical assessment of forecasts; and
    • assessment of qualitative factors, such as a review of accounting systems & controls.
