RG staff wear yellow to work to raise funds for Marie Curie
On Friday 23rd March, RG staff took part in a range of yellow-themed activities to raise funds and awareness for Marie Curie.
Marie Curie is a charity that cares and supports people with terminal illnesses, and every pound raised helps nurses provide patients with the expert care they deserve.
RG organised a number of fun activities to raise funds in aid of Marie Curie, which included staff wearing yellow clothing to work, baking yellow cakes, and hosting a raffle with prizes donated by the RG team.
RG raised an amazing total of £1,326, which exceeded the previous fundraising achievement from the firm in 2017.
Well done to all staff involved, and a big thank you to Fiona Hall (pictured front left in the flower hat) for organising such an excellent event.
Fiona said “We had a great day raising money to support Marie Curie, a brilliant charity close to the hearts of many people at RG. The efforts they made by dressing up, baking, donating prizes and buying raffle tickets has been fantastic”.
