GrowthProvision, a North East-based, fast-growing specialist financial services marketing agency, has secured strategic investment to fuel its expansion across the UK and international markets.
The company has completed a bold rebrand and website relaunch following strategic investment from the NPIF II – NEL Smaller Loans Fund. The funding has supported team expansion and brand development as the agency scales its work with investment firms, wealth managers, and a wide range of financial services businesses across the UK and globally.
The new brand identity — which launched publicly on Monday 16th June — marks a significant milestone in GrowthProvision’s journey. It reflects the agency’s focus on clarity, professionalism, and measurable impact in a sector that demands deep technical understanding and regulatory sensitivity, along with an innovative mindset.
“We work exclusively with financial services sector clients, who trust us to help them communicate with precision,” said Nick Williams, Co-Founder and joint CEO. “This investment has modernised our brand and strengthened our delivery capability – people and process. Financial services touch almost every aspect of life. Our vision is to be a catalyst — helping more people, businesses and institutions access trusted financial expertise wherever they are.”
“We’ve always been clear about who we serve and where we add value,” said Richard Fowler, Co-Founder and Joint-CEO. “These funds have allowed us to strengthen our positioning, enhance delivery, and build a team that understands the unique challenges of marketing within the financial services sector. We’re excited to support more firms as they look to grow and differentiate in a competitive market.”
The investment, led by NEL Fund Managers’ Investment Executive Jonathan Armitage, was secured earlier this year. It has enabled GrowthProvision to invest in:
- A complete rebrand and website relaunch, reflecting the firm’s maturity, specialism and pedigree in the sector
- Key hires across operations and client strategy
- Deeper service capabilities for regulated clients in areas like investment marketing, compliance-focused content, and lead generation
“GrowthProvision is a niche, high-integrity business with a clear growth trajectory,” said Jonathan Armitage. “It’s a strong example of the kind of high-potential agency that NEL is proud to back — one that’s focused, commercially sound, and well-positioned in a sector with real demand.”
GrowthProvision’s board adviser, Carl Swansbury, Partner and Head of Corporate Finance at prominent North East accountancy and advisory firm Ryecroft Glenton, reflected on the company’s positive trajectory.
“It is a pleasure to be advising the board of GrowthProvision on the company’s growth plan, having recently secured growth capital from NEL. The company’s recent rebrand and repositioning, along with the addition of new employees into the business, is the first step in a targeted strategy to see the company scale both its client estate, along with the services it provides to each of its clients over the coming months.”
With deep expertise in financial services, GrowthProvision continues to work with clients across the UK, Europe, US and Asia, including wealth businesses, private credit funds, advisory firms, wealthtechs, and financial sector support service providers.
