Social Life

At RG, the social life is a dynamic and integral part of our workplace culture, brimming with opportunities for our team to connect and unwind. Alongside festive celebrations like Christmas and summer parties, we host an eagerly anticipated annual firmwide quiz night that sees our team members showcasing their trivia skills in a friendly competition.

Additionally, our quarterly drinks and regular team lunches offer more casual settings for relaxation and camaraderie, reinforcing the strong bonds within our team and fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Events

RG hosts a number of events and webinars during the year, some of which are business focussed and others which are purely social.

We hold 2 main drinks events, one in Newcastle and one in London to thank our clients and professional friends for working with us during the year.

We also sponsor various regional events during the year and we are official sponsors of the Newcastle Eagles basketball team.
