- The benefits of using HMRC’s Let Property Campaign to regularise your tax affairs.
- How to deal with the tax affairs of deceased individuals and their estates, including tips and reminders of the tax obligations often overlooked by executors.
- Tax tips to help owners of holiday let properties reduce their annual tax liabilities and highlight opportunities to sell or pass on the properties tax efficiently.

HMRC Basis Period Reform: what it means to you and what you need to know
These short 20-minute sessions are for all unincorporated trading entities, including sole trader and partnership businesses and limited liability partnerships, who currently prepare annual accounts to a date other than 31 March (or 5 April).
The sessions will explain the changes being proposed, how these impact on tax payments due (and the HMRC 5 year spread available), whether you should consider changing your year end in future, what impact that might have, and the continuing implications for business owners or new start-ups after the introduction of basis period reform.
