Welcome to the winter edition of our financial journal
I am very pleased to introduce the winter edition of our Financial Journal which includes a wide range of topics that I hope you will find interesting, relevant and helpful.
As a result of the additional demand for our services, I am pleased to report that we have continued to grow our team with the recruitment of nine new staff members in the past few months.
We continue to support and nurture young talent and have recently welcomed four graduates who have now started their chartered accountancy training.
I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our new staff and hope that they have happy and successful careers with the firm.
Whilst RG continues to grow with the recruitment of new hires, we are proud to say that we have a large number of staff members who have been with the firm for many years. Over a quarter of our staff have been with the firm for over fifteen years and over one third have over ten years of service.
Recently a number of staff have reached significant milestones. Paul Wake celebrated his 40 year anniversary, Fiona Hall and Michelle Ramshaw have both been with RG for 35 years and Jon Routledge has completed 15 years with the firm.
The commitment of our staff is fundamental to RG acting as a ‘trusted adviser’ and developing long-standing client relationships, as well as creating an excellent team spirit.
