Each quarter we shine the spotlight on a specific sub-sector within the technology industry. This quarter we take a closer look at the HRTech sector.
The UK tech market continues to be very active with 330 deals recorded between April 2022 to June 2022, approximately 34% relating to an acquisition or a sale, whilst 56% of these deals related to a funding round. Software has held the top spot for the most active tech sub-sector for M&A in Q2 22 and London continues to lead the way geographically, with 44% of all deals in the quarter.
