The UK tech market continues to be very active with 245 deals recorded between January 2022 to March 2022, approximately 42% relating to an acquisition or a sale. Software has reclaimed the prize for the most active tech sub-sector for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in Q1 22 and London continues to lead the way geographically, with 38% of all deals in the quarter.
