Each quarter we shine the spotlight on a specific sub-sector within the technology industry. This time we take a closer look at the HealthTech sector.
The UK tech market continues to be very active with 264 deals recorded between July to September, approximately 50% relating to an acquisition or a sale. Similarly to Quarter 2, Software remains the most active sub-sector for M&A and London continues to lead the way geographically, with 38% share of all deals from July to September.
