We are very excited to feature an interview with Steve Nelson, an experienced and successful entrepreneur in the North-East technology sector. Steve has held senior roles at The Sage Group PLC, QSP PLC, and NE tech incubator, Leighton. He has co-founded and invested in numerous successful SaaS businesses. External recognition includes the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Director bank/Grant Thornton Outstanding FD award. Steve shares his insights on strategic vision, scaling challenges, market positioning, and his most rewarding experiences as a non-executive director in the tech industry.
In addition, we explore the dynamic landscape of the UK technology sector, providing a comprehensive analysis of key industry trends and their implications for the M&A market in 2025.
In this edition we continue our collaboration with Weightmans, a leading national law firm renowned for its expertise in corporate M&A and its strong focus on the technology sector.
