Provision of Corporate Finance advice to the shareholders of Turnkey (Global) Limited on the sale of the business to Bowmark Capital, a leading London based Private Equity investor specialising in the technology sector.

Technology

Provision of Corporate Finance advice to Cognassist UK Limited on raising £4m of development capital from Gresham House Ventures, a growth equity investor and VCT based in London.

Technology

Provision of Corporate Finance advice to the shareholders of Market Dojo Limited on the sale of 50.1% of the business to Esker Inc., a technology company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange.

Ed-Tech

Provision of Corporate Finance advice to the management team of e-Quality Solutions Group on their MBO of the business, in a deal funded by Shard Credit Partners.

Smart Energy Technology

Provision of Corporate Finance advice and financial and tax due diligence services to Shard Credit Partners on its investment in the Management Buyout (MBO) of Chameleon Technology (UK) Ltd.

Cybersecurity software

Provision of financial due diligence on behalf of alternative lender, Thincats who provided a term loan to facilitate the MBO of cybersecurity software provider, SentryBay Limited.

After years of using large national audit firms, we decided that we should review our requirements and look for a more regional firm where we would feel a more valued customer rather than a name on a list. Based in London we looked at south-east accountancy firms, but due to a previous connection we included Ryecroft Glenton.

However our choice turned out to be easy and one we have not regretted. The standard of support we get on both our audit and on general accountancy queries is far higher than from the large firms and we discuss business issues as well finance with the RG team because we value their advice and judgement. We have regular face to face meetings as well as telephone calls to make sure that RG are aware of everything that is going on in the business so that I, and my CFO, can ask for advice at any time.

On a practical level their efficiency and ways of working has made our audit process much easier and saved us a lot of time.

Grahame, Andrew and the team are now an integral part of our business support, much needed in times of business change.
