Having joined the firm in January 2016, Dan leads our fast-growing Outsourced | FD service line, which he founded to give ambitious, growing businesses access to high-level financial leadership without the burden of building an in-house team.

Dan is a Chartered Accountant with a commercial mindset, and acts as an embedded finance director for his clients, delivering real-time financial insight, strategic guidance, and the clarity needed to make confident decisions. His team runs a fully integrated finance function, covering everything from day-to-day transactional processing to board-level reporting and long-term financial planning.

Dan is especially passionate about helping businesses scale sustainably, navigate key inflection points, and become investment-ready. His sector expertise spans recruitment, professional services, and technology, and he’s known for his practical, hands-on approach to solving real-world financial challenges.

Extra-curricular:

Dan is a dog-lover with two golden retrievers (Boe and Maggie), and a big fan of Formula 1 — particularly the blend of pace, teamwork, and strategy that mirrors his professional world.
