12 Business Days of Christmas 2022

In order to have a bit of fun in the run up to Christmas, on 1 December we launched our annual “12 Business Days of Christmas” campaign. There was a Christmas focused question/task on each day with a daily prize.

Prizes were donated by Blagdon Farm Shop, Hepple Spirits Co, Creative Chameleon Limited, NRG, Cane & Pine, Rigg and Furrow Brewery and Trusted Business Partner

Day 1
Wayne Hodgson of Air Handling Systems Limited tagged a friend in our post and won a bottle of vintage port donated by RGCF partner, Carl Swansbury.

Day 2
Dru Winter of BioteCH4 won a hamper donated by the Blagdon Farm Shop for guessing that the Christmas Elf was called William.

Day 3
Congratulations to Sophie Townes of Sintons took part in our poll to find out who has fake or real trees and won a bottle of Hepple Gin.

Day 4
Steven Foley of CCBS Group told us that he would like to have Christmas dinner Rob Burrow and his mate Sir Kev and won a Christmas themed LEGO set, kindly donated by Creative Chameleon Limited.

Day 5
Congratulations to Deb Ions of Square One Law who nominated The Chronicle Sunshine Fund to receive a donation from RG and won a Marks and Spencer hamper.

Day 6
Jill Dean of South Downs Leisure won a Hotel Chocolat gift box for having the best Christmas jumper. Congratulations!

Day 7
Brian Foreman of Handelsbanken was nearest to the correct answer of 1,464, when guessed that the combined service length of everyone who works at RG is 1,429. He has won a Marks and Spencer Deluxe Collection hamper which was kindly donated by NRG.

Day 8
Elizabeth Gibbison of Irwin Mitchell won a rooftop tour of St James’ Park by confirming correctly that in South Africa they eat deep fried caterpillars on Christmas day.

Day 9
Congratulations to Angela Carrs of Sage who correctly guessed that there were 71 wreaths to win day 9 of our competition. Angela won 3 Christmas cushions kindly donated by Cane & Pine.

Day 10
Judith C of Hitachi Rail won a bottle of 12 years old Macallan Whisky by taking part in our poll to find out what meat everyone is having for Christmas dinner.

Day 11
Sarah Morris of Trespass guessed that the hidden partner was Peter Glenton to win a bottle of champagne donated by Rigg and Furrow Brewery.

Day 12
On the final day of our competition, John Dickinson of Smartroom correctly said that the Christmas dinner in the image was false. He won a North East hamper kindly donated by TBP – Trusted Business Partner. The hamper included goodies from Sweetdreams Confectionery, Polar Krush Group, VAUX Brewery, Coastal Hampers and Two by Two Brewery.
