The RG Strategic Review is a unique process, expertly developed over several years by our highly experienced and diverse team. It has one principal objective in mind: – “Maximising the value of your business.”
How do we do this?
The RG strategic review process involves a comprehensive analysis of your business, its market position, its current trajectory, its long term objectives and how these align with your aspirations as shareholders. The review process has three distinct stages, culminating with a report on your business and clear recommendations that if implemented, will maximise the value of your business.
Understanding
Before we begin the process we believe that it is important for us to understand your objectives, so we can ensure that the review and its recommendations are aligned to your end goals. As such, we will require a small amount of your time, and occasionally that of your management team, for us to receive a high level briefing before we commence.
Analysing
We will then send you a tailored request for information, such as financials, business plan, client information, supplier information etc. which will help us analyse your business. A bespoke review will be prepared that summarises your business across several key areas.
Recommending
We will then personally present our review and findings to you and, if appropriate, your management team. Within our review we will provide clear recommendations across several key areas. Our recommendations will be tailored to your business and will, if implemented, have a demonstrable positive impact on the future value of your business. Accompanying our review will be a separate document outlining the priority recommendations that will have the most material impact on your business and its value in the short to mid-term.
